Pocodot is where I work now - agentic AI, bootstrapped.
The stack behind it is a production multi-agent system: agents sharing a 100K-page knowledge graph, running on a few dozen crons that keep working when I stop. I don't hand-write production code anymore; I architect and ship through AI agents the way I used to architect and ship through engineering teams.
What I'm learning from operating it daily ends up in the writing on this site.
